We have a well equipped workshop with latest tools required by many of our certifications with various manufacturers like high power spot welders, high power pulse welders, Laser based frame Measuring tools and High power Alignment Racks. We have subscriptions to manufacturers repair procedures for all brands, and review and follow procedures for repairs. Your vehicle will be repaired at the highest quality, comparable to factory fit and finish.
No — that’s a common misconception. You are not required to shop around for the “cheapest” repair shop. You have the legal right to choose where your vehicle is repaired — and we’ll work directly with your insurance company to handle the entire claim process. You will not pay us anything more than your deductible.

In most cases insurance initial estimate is based on surface level appearances, for various reasons the adjuster may have overlooked damage, or estimated it incorrectly, or the company may have other strategies in lower initial payment. However, when we repair your vehicle, we review the damage with your insurance companies adjuster and get them to pay for full, complete proper repair, but your cost is only your deductible. We handle all billing and approvals with the insurance company — no surprise charges.
You will likely receive the initial claim amount as a check at your address, you can bring that at time of repair drop off and endorse it to us for our payment. For any supplement claim, we get direct payments from insurance for any additional damage discovered during repair.
At time of pickup, you owe us the deductible. In short, you pay nothing other than the deductible at the time of pickup after all repairs are completed to your satisfaction.
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our repairs. There are limitations to this warranty. A complete warranty statement is available at the front desk.
Most repairs take several days, however, we have a comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee and WiFi in case you need to wait during drop off or pickup.

For Subaru, Fiat, Nissan, Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Infiniti, Genesis, being a certified partner, we are obligated to use all OE parts and ensure they are covered by insurance, that may not be the case if you go to shop your insurance "steers you" to you use.
When necessary, we use dealer or OE authorized subsidiaries to perform calibrations for smart electronics. No matter what, your vehicle will be repaired completely and properly!
