Customer personal information is not shared with any third party except  information necessary to satisfy insurance claim processing, and identifying the damage and vehicle to the relevant insurance payers for the purpose of processing the claim and completing the repair. Vehicle VIN may be used in communication with the dealer or other vendor to order correct parts.
